Step 1

Complete the Scrip Order Form and remember to include your name, address, phone number and the sport you would like to support.  Include instructions for delivery of your order.

Step 2

Put your completed order form and check in a sealed envelope marked "Scrip Order" and drop it off in the GHS office. Make checks payable to “Gladstone Boosters.” No cash please.

Step 3

Orders will be delivered on Friday or Saturday the week after the orders were due at GHS.  If you placed an order and are not contacted for delivery, please let us know ASAP.
